of receipt for an exchange.
RETURNS & EXCHANGES
- Please repackage the item carefully. Include
the return PACKING SLIP you received with the
item and indicate the reason for your return.
- If you would like to exchange the item, please
indicate the item desired in the space provided
on the PACKING SLIP.
- Send the package insured via UPS or USPS. Please
note that we cannot accept products shipped C.O.D.
